02 Why integration matters
A room only works when the platform, the audio, the video, the control system, the network and the people who support it behave as one environment.
Most estates are assembled the other way round: a camera here, a display there, a platform decision taken elsewhere, and a support arrangement that covers none of it end to end. The result is technically complete and operationally unreliable.
PhasedConnect designs the environment rather than supplying the parts. That means room standards that repeat, a platform architecture that survives the next change of endpoint, and one accountable route when something stops working.
03 Position
An integrator and service partner. Not a reseller.
An organisation can buy every component of a collaboration environment without ending up with one. What PhasedConnect provides is the ability to design, integrate, deploy and support complex multi-vendor communication environments as a single system — and to keep that system running.
That makes PhasedConnect neither a hardware webshop nor a reseller. It is the party accountable for the environment working: across platform, room, audio, video, control, network and the service arrangement behind them. Its managed operations are supported by FortiqX Service Intelligence, the Managed Services Portal.
Engagements are direct and long-term: the people who design an environment stay close to how it runs.
04 How we work
Three principles.

One standard. Not one vendor.
Standards for the platform, the space, the infrastructure and the operation stay the same whichever manufacturer is chosen, so an estate repeats across sites and projects.

Phased by default.
Work runs in phases with explicit entry and exit conditions, and a fallback at each, because estates rarely stop to be rebuilt.

Decisions written down.
Decisions are recorded where they are made, so the people who operate an environment know why it is built the way it is.
